Bbq Grilling - Korean Bbq Chicken Marinade
This sweet, salty, spicy sauce is from a very popular restaurant in my hometown. Use it as a marinade for chicken, or to baste chicken while grilling.

Soups Stews And Chili - Dorothys Stefado
This is a Greek beef stew made with small onions. This is my mom's recipe, and every Fall without fail you could smell it simmering in the kitchen. Serve it with a large bowl of mashed potatoes. Of course a Greek salad, some feta & olives and crusty bread give this meal the final touches. The onions can be time consuming to clean, but well worth it when your family sits down to eat.

Side Dish - Pickled Asparagus
Use the freshest asparagus for best color. These make great appetizers or garnishes. They look so pretty all 'canned up'!

Seafood - Moms Oyster Stew
Oyster stew is whipped up in a matter of minutes. The fresher the oysters, the better the flavor. A fresh tasty, savory version that's sure to please.
Breakfast And Brunch - Spicy Sausage Quiche
Eggs, sausage, cheese, and Southwest spices are baked in a 9x13 inch pan. I've used this yummy recipe several times with great success.
